How this kind description and attribute can be attained?

Human being is the main subject of the Noble Quran. That is to say the sublimest aim of sending down the Noble Quran is to guide humans and reform them and accompany him in the way that leads to the Pleasure and Paradise of Allah, The Almighty.

To achieve this aim, Allah, The Almighty, made it a brief and comparative message with what it includes of the great meanings so that conveying, reciting and memorizing it may be easy.

Being a brief message that its passages has few words that are highly charged with meanings, it becomes necessary to be read in full concentration and complete focusing so that the reciter and the listener may understand the meant meaning. In this regard, Allah, The Almighty, Says (what means): {And [it is] a Quran which We have separated [by intervals] that you might recite it to the people over a prolonged period. And We have sent it down progressively.} [Quran 17: 105]

And because its mission is guidance and changing requires constant increase of faith in hearts, the Divine command was to recite it in a slow and pleasant tone and style so that it may arouse passion. In this regard, Allah, The Almighty, Says (what means): {…and recite the Quran (aloud) in a slow, (pleasant tone and) style.} [Quran 73: 4]

And because it addresses the whole people, Allah, The Almighty, made reciting it easy and thus it does not require certain places or special times to be recited in. In this regard, Allah, The Almighty, Says (what means): {And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?} [Quran 54: 17]

And because the cultural and understanding levels of people differ, Allah, The Almighty, made its sentences and words best befit and valid for all times and places no matter their levels are.

And because forgetfulness is innate nature in humans and being exposed to constant temptations and diversions throughout his days and nights, it is very important for him to keep reciting the Noble Quran so that he may get constant reminder and insight and that Quran may compensate him the amount of faith he lost. This is not only the matter but also the Noble Quran may provide his heart with the spirit that makes them loving, worshiping and seeking the Pleasure of Allah, The Almighty.

Therefore, there were several Prophetic instructions of reciting great deal of the Noble Quran and keeping doing this every day, and in order not to get bored, there were many and great rewards made for everyone who recites a letter from the Noble Quran. All of such things are to make one has constant urge and motivation to recite it so that one may get the desired results from reciting the Noble Quran.
