1 - The Statement of Aisha – Marfu' (elevated) –: «Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints; so he who declares the Glory of Allah, acclaimed the Oneness of Allah, praises Allah and seeks forgiveness from Allah, and removes a stone, or a thorn, or a bone from people's path, and enjoins what is good and forbids what is evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty-four joints, will walk that day having been removed from Hell». In a narration: «he has to give for every single joint of them a charity». In another narration: «it is due on him, for every bone out of them, in each day, a charity» (*). (Narrated by Muslim) (1).

The mention of the number of joints also came in the Statement of Bureida, which was narrated according to the Statement of Ibn ‘Abbas as well, and the number of the bones came from the Statement of Abu Hurayrah.

2 - The Statement of Breda. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, say: « A human being has three hundred and sixty joints for each of which he must give a charity». They said:" Who can endure that, O Messenger of Allah? He said: «It may be sputum in the mosque which you bury, and something which you remove from the road; but if you do not find such, then two rak'ahs (units of prayer) in the morn will be sufficient for you» (*). Narrated by Abu Dawood (2) and Ahmad (3) and the wording attributed to him and its chain of narration correct, Allah willing.
