The Statement: « The child does not come from all of the fluid (semen), and when Allah intends to create anything, nothing can prevent it (from coming into existence). » (*).
Narrated by Muslim (1) – singled out from the six - and Ibn Tahmaan (2), and Ibn Al-Mubarak (3), and Tayaalisi (4), and Ahmad (5), and Abu Ali (6), and At-Tahawy (7), and At-Tabaraani (8), and Ibn Mindah (9), and Al-Bayhaqi (10), and Ibn Abdulbarr (11), all of them from lines according to Abu Alwaddak, according to Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri, he said: " the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him was asked about ‘Azl (withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid-conception). He said: «not from all the fluid ...» The Statement (12). The wording belongs to Muslim.

Reasoning:
Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Baar in his book (The Creation of Man) (13), and Dr. Hamed Mohamed Hamed, in his book (Journey of Faith...) (14), and Dr. Marshall Johnson, in collaboration with Sheikh Abdul Majeed Al-Zindani and Mustafa Ahmed, in their paper (Description of human embryogenesis: the gamete stage) (15), and Dr. Mohamed Fa’iz Al-Matt in his book (From the Miracles of Islam) (16), and Mohamed Kamel Abdussamad in his book (Scientific Miracles in Islam - the Quran) (17), and Mohammed As-Sayyid Arna’out in his book (The Scientific Miracles...) (18), and Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Ash-Sharqawi (19), all of them inferred to this Statement that it has elucidated the fact, which medical science has only detected in the twentieth century; namely, that a single spermatozoon is to fertilize the oocyte, to result in the fetus - Allah willing -.
The broadest explanation to it is that of Dr. Al-Baar, he said: "This Statement is a complete miracle; no one knew that a small fraction of the semen is the one from which the child is created. No one could imagine that a single ejaculate of semen contains between two hundred to three hundred million sperms, and that one sperm only is responsible for fertilizing the egg. Dr Leslie Ari, in his book: Developmental Anatomy, seventh edition: experiments on mammals have shown that one percent of the semen only is sufficient to fertilize the egg. It is medically established that twenty million sperms in a single ejaculate, is the minimum for fertilization, although it is medically established that there are pregnancies with a lot less than this amount. It is also possible to inject an amount of semen with insufficient sperms directly into the uterus, which is the technique called (Artificial Insemination).
The Statement is explicit in that not from all the fluid comes the child, but a small part of it. Where would someone who lived fourteen centuries ago, know this fact, which was only known in the twentieth century; if his knowledge has not come from One Who is Wise and Well-acquainted (with all things)".
Then he said: " A noble Quranic verse has referred to the meaning of this Statement, the Almighty said: (He Who has made everything which He has created most good. He began the creation of man with (nothing more than) clay * And made his progeny from a quintessence of the nature of a fluid despised *) [As Sajdah: 7-8].
The interpreters said: the cell is the outcome (20), and the outcome of fluid despised is the one from which the child comes. There is a selection after a selection from hundreds of millions of sperms. As soon as they first come out, twenty percent of them are not suitable for fertilization, then a large number of them die in the vagina and another number die on the cervix, then a group of them head for the right fallopian tube, and other to the left fallopian tube, not knowing in which of them the egg would be. Those that go to other than the location of the egg, perish. Eventually, at the end, only about five hundred sperm reach the egg; and here, another choice occurs, a selection and an election of only one sperm among these, with which the fertilization of the egg is achieved.

In the egg also there is selection and the election, as the number of eggs in the ovary the female, while still a fetus in the womb of her mother, six million primordial eggs, but many of them wither and die before going out into the world. They then continue in their perishment, until when the girl reaches menstruation, only thirty thousand of them remain. Every month, a group of these eggs develop, but only one achieves complete growth except for one only. In the reproductive life of the woman, what she produces does not exceed four hundred eggs, only.
There is selection and election of the sperm, and there is selection election of the egg as well. Yes, modern medical research (Medicine Digest, the January issue, 1981): seventy-eight percent of all pregnancies are naturally aborted, and nearly fifty percent is miscarried before the mother knows she is pregnant; that is because the uterus expels (the germinal ball) immediately after its attachment, so the mother thinks that the blood that came to her at the time of menstrual, or shortly thereafter, is the blood of menstruation she was waiting for, and she does not know that it is the blood of abortion.
There is selection after selection and election after election.
Allah Most Great has spoken the truth, by saying: (And made his progeny from a quintessence of the nature of a fluid despised *) [As Sajdah: 8].
And His noble Messenger has spoken the truth, where he says: «The child does not come from all of the fluid » (21). End of quote.

The Commentary:
The elucidation of Dr. Al-Baar was outstanding and clear, apart from the fact that he focused in this case on one issue regarding man’s fluid; namely that not from every sperm fertilization can be achieved, and most of those who took on this issue followed him.
The fact is that, before this stage there is another stage; namely that the fluid of the man consists of: sperms, seminal fluid in which they swim and feed from. Its percentage in this fluid is (1/2- 1%), and this is the literal meaning of the Statement «The child does not come from all of the fluid».

He pointed out to this stage briefly, in a previous place from his book (The Creation of Man...), and mentioned it in his manual (The Concise in Comparative Embryology), and also Dr Marshall Johnson and those with him. Dr Hamed Mohamed Hamed limited himself to it and Dr Mohamed Abdullah Ash-Sharqawi explained it a little.
