Among the most important scientists was the world famous German scientist Hans Spemann who conducted many studies and experiments on the primitive node or the primitive steak and discovered that the primitive node and primitive steak are the ones who organize the creation of the foetus and he gave them the name of the “Primary Organizer” or the “Primitive Designer”. Moreover, He cut off this part or the primitive node and planted it in another embryo during the first and early embryonic stages, in the third and fourth week that led to the growth of a secondary foetus from the planted part in the guest foetus as this piece influenced the environment around it and organized the cells and developed them into another embryo within the body of foetus.

The German scientist started his experiments on the amphibians as he extracted the Primary Organizer and planted it in another embryo that led to the growth of a secondary embryo.

The implantation is done by cutting off the Primary Organizer and placing it in another foetus in the same age and under the epiblast layer which leads to the growth of another seed for a secondary embryo.

The German scientist Hans Spemann in 1931 tried to crush the Primary Organizer and then planted it again in the foetus but the act of crushing never affected the Primary Organizer and it grew again and formed an anlage for the secondary embryonic growth, even though it was crushed but its cells were not affected by crushing. In 1933, this scientist with other scientists conducted an experiment on the Primary Organizer by boiling it, after boiling they planted it in the guest body then they discovered that it leads to the growth of an anlage for a secondary embryo, as even after boiling its cells remained safe, live and un-affected.

In 1935, The German scientist Spemann was awarded the Nobel Prize for his discovery of the Primary Organizer.

Then Dr. `Usman Jilan said: As we have stated before that the German scientist was the first who named this initial part of human body  ‘Primary Organizer' or the ‘Primitive Designer’ of the bones. He transplanted it in another foetus that produced a secondary embryo. In the year 1931 he tried to crush and pound it then he planted it again in the foetus but the act of crushing never affected the Primary Organizer as it grew again normally and formed a seed for the secondary embryonic foetus. In 1933, he conducted another experiments on the Primary Organizer by boiling it, after boiling he planted it again in another foetus which led to the growth of another secondary embryo, while the Primary Organizer was never affected by boiling.

Finally, in Ramadan 1424 A.H. we carried out an experiment on the coccyx bone. It was in our collaboration with Sheikh `Abdul Majeed Al Zindani in his home in San`aa. The experiment was recorded in video. We took one of the two vertebras of five goat spines and tried by a gas pistol to burn it on a rock for ten minutes until it turned red and we made sure that it has been burnt completely until it became red and then it become black and charred. Thereupon, we put the pieces in the sterile boxes and gave them to the most famous laboratory experimenter in San`aa (Al`Awlaki Lab). Dr. Saleh Al`Awlaki Professor of Histology and Diseases at San`aa University examined the tissue of the burnt coccyx bone and then the result of examination was amazing when he found the cells of coccyx bone un- affected rather, it was still alive as it was never burnt. Muscles and adipose tissues and bone marrow cells of blood producing were the only that have burnt. While the coccyx bone cells remained absolutely un-affected. End of quote.

 After that Dr. `Usman Jilan summarized the above mentioned findings in the following points:

1- If the coccyx bone came under an influencing factor that led to a cancerous growth of the cells in the coccyx, the existing cells of the primitive node or the primitive steak grow like the growth of a normal foetus, forming an embryo with hand and feet. This finding confirms the possibility of human bodies’ reconstruction from it on the Day of Resurrection as the Prophet (may the peace and the blessings of Allah be upon him) has predicted.   

  2 –The growth of Primary Organizer in another embryo if was implanted in a secondary foetus attests the possibility of human bodies’ reconstruction from it on the Day of Resurrection.    

  3- Survival of the Primary Organizer despite crushing and boiling also proves the truth of the Prophet (may the peace and the blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: “It is never decayed.”        

  4 - As well as the integrity of the cells and remaining un-affected despite burning bears witness to the truth of the Prophet (may the peace and the blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: “It is never decayed.”
