Attention Paid by The Noble Quran to this description:

The description of Noble Quran as (guidance) was stated 24 times. It was also mentioned in different styles such as the sayings of Allah, The Almighty:

•   { This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah} [Quran 2: 2]

•   {The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion…} [Quran 2: 185]

•   {O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers.} [Quran 10: 57]

•   {It is He who sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it.} [Quran 61: 9]

Allah, The Almighty, also says on behalf of jinn: {And when we heard the guidance, we believed in it. And whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden.} [Quran 72: 13], and the like of the other verses that speak about the description of the Noble Quran with guidance.

Allah, The Almighty, pointed out in a comprehensive verse all of the kinds of the guidance of the Noble Quran. Allah, The Almighty, Says (what means): {Indeed, this Quran guides to that which is most suitable…} [Quran 17: 9]

This is a general statement applicable to all those who are guided by the Noble Quran and the goals to which it guides. Thus, the guidance is given to communities and generations that are not restricted by time or place. And the superiority of its guidance applies to all that they may attain when they follow any method or approach. It is also superior to every good thing to which people may be guided at any time or place.

The Noble Quran also ensures harmony between man’s outward and inward existence, feelings and behavior, faith and action. In all this it shows the way to what is ‘most upright’, linking all these aspects to the true and unseverable bond that exists between man and God. This enables man to look up to a higher horizon while he is still on earth. Thus what man does in his daily life becomes an act of worship, provided that he does so seeking the pleasure of Allah, The Almighty. This is true even when the action itself provides him with pure enjoyment of what is available in this life.

In the field of worship also, the Noble Quran establishes a perfect balance between duties and abilities. This ensures that duties are not seen as too hard so as to constitute a heavy burden, or induce despair of ever fulfilling one’s obligations.

Maintaining this balance ensures that a person neither takes matters too lightly or complacently on the one hand, nor exceeds the limits of what is reasonable and perfectly bearable on the other. Thus we can say without fear of contradiction that in worship, the Noble Quran shows the way to that which is most upright.

The same applies to human interaction whether between individuals and couples, governments and peoples, or states and races. Relations between all these groups are established on a firm basis, influenced neither by personal prejudice and interest, nor by feelings of love and hatred. This firm foundation in human relations is chosen by Allah, The Almighty, the Creator who knows His creation and what is certain to promote goodness in their lives. The Noble Quran shows the way which gives the best course of action in the fields of politics and finance, as well as in those of social and international relations." (1).
