Episode 29: Eating dates before going to the prayer of 'Id-ul-Fitr
Narrated Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him),: Allah's Apostle (peace and blessings be upon him) never proceeded (for the prayer) on the Day of 'Id-ul-Fitr unless he had eaten some dates. Anas also narrated: The Prophet used to eat odd number of dates.
